TRAVEL TO MONGOLIA - One of the ethnicities of Mongolia is Kazakh number around 100,000 and is the largest minority in Mongolia. They are mostly settled around the nation's desolate far west, around the Altai mountain range. It is a vast and unforgiving place to call home, where the winter temperature plummets to a bitter -40 degrees Celsius. This is where you will find the eagle hunters. The eagles are domesticated, fed by hand, and will live with the hunters’ families for years.
DAY:1 ARRIVAL IN ULAANBAATAR, MONGOLIA
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at Chinggis Khaan international airport and transferred to your hotel. Take a refreshment and the tour briefing is followed by dinner in a Mongolian restaurant.

DAY:2 ULAANBAATAR CITY TOUR
Ulaanbaatar city tour, including visits to Sukhbaatar Square and the National History Museum of Mongolia. Lunch in a Mongolian restaurant. Visit Zaisan Memorial Hill (dedicated to former Russian-Mongolian friendship) and the Bogd Khaan Winter Palace (Bogd means "sacred monk"), the residence of the last king of Mongolia, who held both secular and religious authority in the late XIX and early XX centuries—traditional folklore followed by dinner.

DAY:3 HUSTAI NATIONAL PARK
A.M. Off to the National Park, where we will experience wildlife, such as Takhi or Przewalski`s horses. This is a mating season for red deer, so high chance of catching them.

DAY:4 RETURN UB & CHINGGIS KHAAN STATUE
A.M. After breakfast, off to the Chinggis Khaan statue complex via UB. Stop at a grocery store to get a snack as there is not a decent restaurant for lunch.
Back to UB and check-in takes time for preparation for the morning flight to Ulgii.

DAY:5 LOCAL FLIGHT TO ULGII TOWN
In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the airport. Take a local flight to the Ulgii center of Bayan-Ulgii province in western Mongolia. Meet a local driver at the airport and transfer to the Ger camp at the river Khovd. To visit the local museum and open market.

DAY:6 VISIT TO EAGLE HUNTER`S FAMILY
Today you will visit the Eagle hunter`s home and take part in the Eagle training and preparation for the wonderful Eagle Festival of the next 2 days. This is actually a big day for both hunter and eagle at the same time. To see and photograph the spectacular moments of the Eagle`s behavior and the hunter`s passion. Enjoy the best Kazakh cuisine.

DAY:7-8 GOLDEN EAGLE FESTIVAL
To experience eagle hunters competing with their beautiful traditional clothes, horse, and their decorations, and the eagle and their decorations while parading. And then several competitions such as catching Fox skin from an eagle, archery, the traditional game Kyz Kuar, a race between men and women on horseback, Bushkashi, tug of war played on horseback with killed goats, and Tiyn Turu-riders compete to pick up flags and flowers from the ground while galloping.

DAY:9 FLY TO ULAANBAATAR CITY
Take a flight back to the capital, Ulaanbaatar and transfer to the hotel. A traditional concert is followed by a farewell dinner.
